FAQ

When do the gates open?

Gates will open both Friday and Saturday at 10am and will remain open until 9pm on each respective day.  All festival goers must vacate the grounds by noon Sunday.

Where do I park?

  • General parking is available as indicated on our festival map.

  • If you have purchased a Car Camping Pass, you will be allowed to park next to your campsite in the Car Camping Area.

  • Any vehicles found parked along the access road to the festival grounds will be towed at owner's expense.

What is included with my festival pass?

  • Weekend Passes include entry from Friday until Sunday as well as Primitive Camping for Friday and Saturday nights as labeled on the festival map.  You may purchase a Car Camping Pass if you have purchased a weekend pass and would like to camp next to your vehicle.

  • Day Passes only provide single-day access and do not include camping.  You cannot purchase a Car Camping Pass or RV Pass to use with a Day Pass, in order to give our full weekend attendees first access to limited space in RV and Car Camping.

Can I bring my RV?

We are happy to accommodate a very limited number of RVs.  Please purchase your RV pass early as we will sell out very quickly.

What should I bring?

  • Come prepared with everything you need to camp outdoors in fall weather!  Layer up as it may be hot during the day and cool in the evenings.  Some rain gear is always a good idea just in case.

  • There will be a variety of food as well as adult and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase from our vendors.

  • As mentioned above, bring some cash - many of our vendors do not accept card transactions and there is no ATM on site.

  • Please do NOT bring motorized vehicles such as golf carts or ATV's.  We want everyone to be safe and there are many areas with limited visibility.

Is my ticket transferrable?

Your ticket is transferable, but each ticket can only be scanned once at our facility.  Once your ticket has been scanned and you have received the appropriate wristband or parking pass, your ticket will become void and cannot be used again.  Contact harvestfestinfo@gmail.com for verified transfers.

What is your refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable.  No exceptions.  Harvest Fest will take place rain or shine.  If the entire event is cancelled, refunds may be issued at the discretion of Harvest Fest staff. Harvest Fest will not be canceled unless the entirety of the event endures dangerous conditions for attendees and artists.  Artist lineup and schedule are subject to change.

Can I purchase tickets if i am a minor (under 18 years old)?

Unfortunately no.  You must be 18 years or older to purchase tickets, or have your legal parent/guardian purchase tickets for you and attend the event with you.  Children 12 and under are free with a paying adult. Please note we do NOT offer daycare or babysitting services.  Children participating in festival activities must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.

Can I re-enter the festival if I leave?

Yes you can, but you must still be wearing your wristband (untampered with).  If you were asked to leave by festival staff, you cannot re-enter the festival grounds.

Do NOT lose your wristband!

Anyone who is found without a wristband will be asked to purchase a new one or leave the festival grounds.  We will not provide replacement wristbands under any circumstances.

You made it all the way to the end!  Now that you're up to speed, maybe you need some tickets? : )
